Exchange within 30 days. These brooches are
one of a kind. Happy to pay for your delivery to
and from. Please keep your mailer box and the
zepheen box for 30 days. We will send the
shipping labels for the exchange process. After
30 days, the mailer box can be recyled.

The Zepheen box is a great way to protect your
purchase. Otherwise, please keep it in a similar
box or space to prevent snags or thread damage
and disruption of beads.
